This is the worst dentist office in Ventura county! Me and my family have been here many many times and the wait is always long and the staff is always rude! The last visit 11-3-2010 Dr. Cathy Maiello verbally abused my 11 yr old son, he is a very shy kid and speaks very quiet, she yelled at him "your in 6 grade, act like it! you know how to talk!" she then came out to the waiting room to tell me "he has an attitude" and she told him that the plastic flossers we have "wont do anything if you dont use them". what a rotten person! is she completely lacking in social skills?!?!! I would never go back here, not just because of the murder/shooting last summer, but because the staff is so inexperienced that they cant do simple bite-wing x-rays without hurting your kids mouths, the tech bumbles around until someone more experienced comes to correct him! horrible all around office from front desk to back lab! There are so many other places to go, don't bother with this place. PS Ralph, sorry you are married to such a rotten old shrew! she's going to ruin your practice!
