The company promised to help me remodify my mortgage,however,they needed the money up front which was paid to them of $3,495.00 on feb. 2009.When they get the money they called me up the name of sommaly chay and he promised me to modify my mortgage for 3 months.After 3 months i called the company nobody anwser only music you can hear after that always everyday i called them.when i called sommaly chay on her cellphone she anwser me and she told me call the company and told them you want to talk to sthepanie so when i spoked to stephanie i told her to refund my money and she told me in 2 weeks you get the money until now i never get the money.So i filed a complaint to FTC.
