THANK YOU FINANCIAL RELIEF LAW CENTER!!!!

THE MODIFICATION It had been about four years that I had spent trying to get a modification on my home. I contacted numerous government organizations without success. I attended numerous NACA Conferences where I actually sat down with my banks representatives and they would always tell me that my income numbers were sufficient that I qualified for the modification, but they always found one or two more documents short of having a complete file in order to move my documents forward for a final review. Of course I would always fulfill their request and fax the document they needed. (Latest pay stub, latest months bank statement, my wife’s latest pay stub etc. etc.) After faxing them the document/s they requested, I would follow-up with them to no avail. They would say they didn't receive it or I didn't send it timely or they could not find my paperwork. They always came up with one excuse after another. Then I received notice that the foreclosure sale date was set on my home. I had to get very serious now and fast! I spoke to a number of law firms. I knew some of them were honest and meant well but which ones? I didn't know who to trust. Somehow I got very lucky. I got in touch with Victor Ugarte from Financial Relief Law Center. I was told I would pay nothing unless they got a modification for me. I could not turn the offer down as the days were ticking closer to my foreclosure date. There was nothing to risk on this agreement so I moved forward. I gave them all the information they needed and suddenly I was receiving updates from Victor, Kathy, Amanda, Angelika, Ronda. They were all very pleasant and informative as to what was proceeding. BANKRUPTCY In the mean time I had already applied for bankruptcy with another law firm (not trustable) which I was quickly learning was not trust worthy. The not trustable law firm would tell me what I wanted to hear not what was really happening. After I had paid the not trustable law firm in full for the bankruptcy proceedings I received a letter from the court saying my bankruptcy had been dismissed. (thrown out) I quickly called the not trustable law firm and they told me the court dismissed my case because I didn't show up for the hearing. I asked what hearing? The not trustable law firm didn't inform me there was a hearing. The not trustable comment was they must have told me but I didn't remember and I should have marked it down. This is not the type of thing you just forget or don't mark down when you’re trying to save the rest of your life. I quickly called Victor from the Financial Relief Law Center and told him what had happened. Victor and the Financial Relief Law Center quickly turned my negative into a positive by representing me and re-filing my bankruptcy case. All the stress is gone now: Financial Relief Law Center got the modification for me with a payment of less than I was hoping for. Today I received the letter from the court confirming that my bankruptcy was complete. Don't waste your time looking for a law firm you think and pray you can trust. FINANCIAL RELIEF LAW FIRM is the one you can trust. If you have further questions as to how great I was treated and how great a job they did my e-mail is: andrewbassin@gmail.com
