Don't do business with this company!

Had A/C compressor go out on a Thursday. Someone came on Friday to check it, needed a new compressor. It is now Monday and someone might be here to repair it tomorrow. I live in south Texas where the temperatures are around 100F with high humidity so house
is unlivable. They offered me $150 toward a portable AC unit which we bought and we now are holed up in the bedroom because it only cools one room. And it cost us over $320. Now the local company is telling me I will have to pay $334 in uncovered parts and
services. I questioned the sales person about this and they were adamant that all parts and labor are covered. BEWARE they have many loopholes and probably nothing is fully covered. As an added annoyance every time I have called I have been on hold for a minimum
of 45 minutes. DONT USE THIS COMPANY. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE
