I tried for close to 3 months to get a defective treadmill belt replaced. When I called originally I really just needed measurements as I wasn't sure it was a warranty issue anyway. After 3 months and sending my third set of pictures the complaint was inexplicably closed by BBB. I'll find the belt somewhere else and let people know by any means I can to buy somewhere else. My issue was so simple in the beginning and generated so little response from Fitness Blowout(Super Jim) I'd stay away.
