First and foremost, I would absolutely recommend using Fix Price Move as a relocation company. From my very first conversation with the sales manager Donna, I knew I was in safe hands. Donna was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. She was more than just a sales person trying to sell me something, she cared about my belongings and informed on many things I never knew when it came to moving. After receiving many different moving quotes from many different companies, Fix Price Move felt more right. Not only did I receive a complimentary confirmation call from Ben, the dispatch, but the movers were on time. The foreman was kind enough to explain the entire process on how they would go about moving my belongings. My final cost was very close to my original moving quote with the exception of purchasing additional boxes. No surprises what so ever.
I would love to thank the Fix Price Moving Staff for doing such an excellent job. I highly recommend using their relocation services and will be telling friends and family about their fabulous customer satisfaction!
