My experience with this shop has been that they lure you in with a good deal i.e. $89.00 for brakes, a coupon for a free oil change but then want to make up for it somewhere else. I think the coupons are just a tactic to get people in but that they don't really want to honor what they advertise. When they do honor their sale, it seems like the next time you come in for something else without a coupon they will be making up for their "loss". My advise would be to be diligent when dealing with Flawless and mind your money. I suppose their work is satisfactory but is overshadowed by the feeling that you are going to be ripped off.
