I stayed in one of their "cabins" along with my brother-in-law and his family. The pictures show the cabin as a secluded place in the mountains and bill it as "close to town in the cool mountain pines." However, when we arrived, the cabin was in the middle of town with 5 houses zero lot lined on all sides. The hot tub was directly below the back window of the house above/behind us on the mountain (no more than 50 feet from the hot tub). The house was on one of the busiest residential roads in Ruidoso. The place was not clean, did not have enough towels, had spiders in the bathrooms, had ripped carpet and was very old. The stove, many lights, garbage disposal and air hockey table were broken. We had major trouble making food for 13 without the stove and oven working properly.
The company offered $100 off the home immediately when we complained about the lack of seclusion. However, when we called again because of the number of problems with the house itself, the owner declared the conversation to be over and hung up on us.
