The supervisor, Carrie Morris that I spoke with today about a mistaken charge (that Healthbuy.com refuses to accept responsibilty for) was rude, raised her voice, and refused to even listen to what banking personel had told me, she spoke over me as I was trying to explain my problem with this company, and hung up on me letting me know there was NO ONE above her that I could speak to about this issue. I'm sorry there is absolutely nothing positive that I can say about this company and/or this particular person (Carrie Morris). If I were allowed I would rate them with 2 stars at the most. To have a default rating is ludicrous! This company charged my bank account when there was NO reason for ANY charge from them to come out of my bank account. That mistaken charge this company placed on my bank account, caused multiple overdrafts, which since they refused to admit they charged me (although they returned the original charge amount), Carrie Morris insisted to me they have no further respomsiblity in this case, probably based on them refusing responsibility. Even though the issue would have remained the same NO EMPLOYEE of any company has the right to be rude and hang up on someone.
