Well, this business sent me a "free sample" of a month's supply of Revitol. As it might have done some good, I was willing to receive two jars per two months at $89. However, I never received the two jars. Then, when I tried to indicate this on the web site, I was sent the "free" intro offer again, not the two jars that I thought I had purchased. When I finally did a lookup of this company's phone number (as the number had been removed from the site), I called and talked with Hank, who told me that the web site said the cost was $89 PER JAR, and I was charged FOR THAT INTRO JAR, which the web site indicated was free. In truth, I think he was confused, but I have gotten cold feet about this company. He says he will credit me the $89. In turn, I will refuse/return the "intro" that was reshipped. The "continuity program" will be canceled.
This is a small, rapidly growing company (6 staffers maybe a year back). Too bad that it is seemingly incompetently run. I was willing to be a customer, but not at $89 per jar (twice what was advertised), and not when such a thing as routine shipment causes such problem.
On the plus side, if you know how to locate the company's number, you will at least get prompt action.
