Do not buy products from this company. I purchased the revitol hair remover and after following the directions precisely received severe burns on my legs. I called the customer service number 1-818-303-9253 and waited over twenty minutes without ever speaking to anyone. I found the following number through my bank 1-818-303-2600 and after waiting close to 15 fifteen minutes finally spoke to someone. The woman I spoke to was incredibly rude. I told her about the burns and she told me their product does not cause burns when you follow the directions correctly. I told her I did exactly what the directions said and after going back and forth she told me I was aware of the risks and 'non-refund' policy before using their product. She told me thousands of people use their product and no one has ever complained of getting burned. Even with the burns, all I want at this point is my full refund. She told me there was no one else I could speak to, nor any direct number I could call after I said I would be pursuing legal action. She told me to go ahead and pursue legal action and to file with the BBB. I felt like I had to defend myself against the woman, and got nowhere. This is one of the worst experiences I have had. I am so frustrated, not to mention very burned. I am going to look into finding someone to follow up with this legally. DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT. So much for 'We foster good communication, so when you contact us by phone or mail we endeavor to respond promptly. We're interested in your questions, requests for information and ideas,' which is copied directly from their site.
