I emailed them today to explain that I had received a WebAround and opened it to find some marks on it. I thought they were just wrinkles do I ironed it, but they're still there. I explained my frustration because it was the second one I'd bought since the first one was too small. As asked for their help and explained I'd already spent about $40 just in shipping and returns. I got a reply almost immediately saying that they were sending you another Webaround at no cost, and that I didn't need to return the one I have. WOW! In a world of lack-luster customer service, it is A PLEASURE dealing with customer service at GadgetsGo.com. Truly awesome!!!
