I purchased a Rack and Pinion for my 07 IS250 and paid Garo Steering (sam rack and pinion) but they sent me the wrong rack and pinion the first time. They then told me to to remove my car's rack and pinion so they can match it up and send me the right one. This time they sent me the right one but the part was bad and had a faulty motor so I returned the rack and asked for a refund and they
made me run around for weeks saying it will be done. After 2 weeks and several phone calls they returned me only part of what I paid and said they will charge me $115 for
restocking fee even though it was their fault. They now have my original rack and pinion which I want back so I can repair it and use it and also my money.
