I started looking into a re-fi mid May. My first contact with GEF was from Nicholas DePhillippe - a very professional person who got the ball rolling. Dave Freeman became my point of contact who professionally walked me through the entire loan process. He was always available when I had questions or needed advice. Once I was approved (a very quick process) my loan closed in a couple weeks, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received!
