I recently had a bad experience with Golfio. I found a good price online at their website for a set of Wilson Di9 graphite irons. Exactly what I was looking for. I quickly ordered the clubs and paid for them the same day by Paypal. They guaranteed next day shipping on their site. I emailed them 3 times during the week for the tracking # for the parcel but received no response. Then on the seventh day after my 4th email, they sent me a notification that the clubs were no longer in stock. They offered me different clubs (at a different price) but that's not what I wanted. After another email from me that day, they said they would cancel my order and immediately refund my Paypal payment. Well now it's another 7 days and still no refund. This has to be one of the worst cases of customer service I have been involved with. They got my money the same day as my order but they sure are slow in following up when they have to give it back.
Be very aware if you order anything from them. I don't trust them and I feel they don't care about their customers after they have your money.
