Poor Customer Service

I have been waiting for almost TWO MONTHS for my shoes to be returned after I requested a larger pair. The customer service employees have no idea why my shoes have not been sent to me and they are not doing anything to send me my shoes. I have now filed a complaint with my bank regarding the charge for the shoes and I have received no communications from Gravity Defyer. I used to be a loyal customer, but not anymore.
