Great Buy tech has done a fine job in my opinion. I was a little concerned about the packaging though, the box with the Mobo and cooler was breaking open, but everything appeared to be intact. Funny how a HD I ordered two days later arrived with the first half of my order (UPS dropped the ball and failed to deliver the entire order, they delayed half of it another day, thats why they called OOPS I suppose.) I had a discrepency on the price of a power supply, Greatbuy-tech's CS took care of it in minutes. Overall, it has been an excellent first time experience. I'm hoping everything I bought will work, I haven't put it together yet. But even it something does fail, I'm smart enough to realize Greatbuy-tech didn't make the stuff. Prices were fair, and a total package I came out dollars ahead. I'm looking forward to dealing with them again in the future.
