Not a good experience/Very Unprofessional and Inept at TV Repair

I agree with one of the other reviews if there was a way to provide negative stars it would be more appropriate. My experience was awful and I really wish I had read the negative reviews before doing business with HD Repair. Initially a representative for the company charged my credit card for $230 when I called to initiate business with the company. Several days later I received a call indicating that a service tech would be contacting me to set up an appointment. Later that day I get a call from a different tech to set up appointment. He schedules a 4 hour block for the service (12 noon - 4 pm). He calls to say he will be at my house by 3:15 but he shows up at 4:30 and it is clear he has no idea what he is doing. He spends the next 30 minutes on hold with his HD Repair support group before I finally ask him to leave. At this point I simply want to cancel the service. A couple of phone calls with a rude customer care rep and several days later I receive a check for $41. I lost almost $200 by making the mistake of using HD Repair but I am very happy to not have any future dealings with this company.
