Our two year old, Plasma TV suddenly stopped working. We called HI-TECH TV. They actually send a real Electronics Tech. to come and diagnose the problem. Some companies send a pick up and delivery crew. In a very professional manner he diagnosed the problem and gave us an estimate. Just to be sure, we called the Factory to check on the price. They told us that that they don't control prices, but that this Estimate seemed very fair and accurate. After we gave them the "go ahead" it took only a day or two for the part to arrive. They promptly repaired our TV which made us really happy. I can see why people like them and refer them. They are really a great company. I highly recommend them.
