Please don't do this to yourself. There are real companies that help distressed home owners in the same way that this company professes that do not charge a fee. They may charge you for credit check and copying documents but not large fees where you do not know for sure what you are getting until it is too late, you have paid, and they are entitled to keep you money. This company does not care that you are desperate and distressed already. Once they get your money it does not matter what they promised you. Ask for the documents in the mail. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING. There is real help out there like NACA who are putting on conventions where they help you that day to come to a resolution with the lender.
