I was scared to use the live chat tool and of dealing with the whole task of moving a car across country. What a relief! This is the first time I have ever bought a car online from a private seller in a different state. Just getting a little more information on how the process of finding a driver, etc, but the customer service rep made me feel better. All questions were answered quickly and completely. Additional information was provided before I even asked. Very pleasant experience although the operator's computer was down, she never wasted any time obtaining the info and relayed her knowledge back to me in a timely matter. She was very courteous via her email communication. She was a pleasure to chat with. They were honest and helpful. The agent answered very clearly my questions. The agent knew what she was talking about. Great service, answered my questions the way I needed to hear them --ease of use no waiting on hold, so I could accomplish other things at the same time.
