I was very skeptical that I would get help after getting the run around from Wells Fargo for over 2 years. I have several properties in Ohio that I was trying to refinance with no success. Homeowner Defense Group LLC made sure that I knew my options. Through the loan compliance audits, I was able to see how see which of loans were viable for the long term future. After I paid for the audits, I ended up using HDG to help me through short-sale negotiations and I was able to avoid foreclosure on two of my properties.
