They don't stand behind their service

We contacted Sears for a dishwasher repair. The motor broke. The technician fixed it. and Sears sold us an warranty program for any additional repairs. The work on the dishwasher was guaranteed for 3 months. Immediately after the repair the dishwasher made noise but since it was working I didn't bother to pursue it. Just shy of 3 months the dishwasher started started having some problems and the motor finally went again just after the 3 month mark. Same exact problem. I called the company thinking they would stand behind their work and send another repairman but they said I would need to pay the deductible for another service call since my call was just outside the work guarantee period. Their customer service was uncaring, apathetic, and unapologetic. The motor part must not have been good quality for it to break just after 3 months of use and they just did not care.
