Scammers

we have had these scammers fool one of our staff. we get our toner under contract from ricoh, these characters phoned and claimed to be calling on behalf of ricoh and used dishonest tacticts to get that form signed and sent back. i called our ricoh support line and they knew all about these scammers and told us to ignore them. we got 1 toner sent to us (fraud) and we have been billed a few times, i have been ignoring them for several months and i think they have given up. i have warned our staff to hang up on them if they call.
to servco , how do you sleep at night knowing you make your money ripping off people with lies, bullying and fraud - shame on you
