I was told a full truck would be delivered and received and half truck with another client's property. My mattress had to be strapped to the back of the truck and should have been uploaded into the truck. Vanessa N. told my wife we would charged on a per hour base and this was not true. Harpinder Sindhu told me we were charged 1200 for bubble wrapping our belongings, threatened and told if my wife did not pay they would take our belongings and charge us for storage fees. After extorting 1659.00 in additional charges they proceeded with gross negligence to destroy my new 1200.00 bed and 120.00 dollar filing cabinet. The driver proceeded to stamp attention provisions to the contract after it had been signed. It was verbally and through email agreed upon and confirmed at 600.00. When it was all complete, keep in mind no heavy appliances (stove,refrigerator etc), I even helped the movers, provided lunch and was presented a bill for 1825.00. Oh and this move was less than 20 miles from pickup to delivery. This company is operating under fraud because their company information is not correct. They still have a contact address that is not valid. There actions also constitute misrepresentation, negligence and unfair business practices. I wish I could have given them a -0 stars but not possible.
