Words of caution.. I had a horrible experience with Jim and Jack's. They were unable to repair my vehicle correctly, and not only did they not repair the vehicle, they managed to damage my vehicle.
In the end, I had to go to great lengths to get my car repaired correctly, and the repairs were not done at their shop. At one point, several employess of my insurance company had to get involved to settle this matter.
I heard Jim and Jacks was a great body shop, but I found them irrespesponsible, un-professional, under-handed, and full of excuses.
Do not let them talk you out of anything!
