JLH refuses to talk with us homeowners, except through TransPac; Water intrusion problems -- we haven't seen any more work on this lately. Lack of security resulting in two breakins and rust. Taping of doors by workmen leaves access to our entire building. The basement garage entry is not secured or locked -- It seems to get worse every day. Lack of communication. The lack of accountability. HOA paying for items that should have been taken care of by builder.
