This company is a joke.
They have great games but the company just fucks them up.
I personally have been playing Knight Online for over 5 years,
yes you heard it right, 5 years. Not once have i asked for any support at all
until now, my account got hacked. Have no clue how i got hacked seeing i never shared or whatsoever. But still somebody hacked me.
I know when it happened seeing he hacker actually bought premium to unseal my items and steal them. But still, they don't wanna give me any support back.
Been buying premium for over 4 years and what do i get? Nothing at all.
So ill make a summary:
- Been playing 5 years
- Got hacked after 5 years
- All my items i made in those years are gone.
- I make numerous of tickets, and get no support
- In the end, i lose everything i worked for in those 5 years
