I recently retained the services of the Group Law Group to help with a loan modification. Due to financial hardship, I had to cancel their services. However, $495 was deducted from my bank account anyway and I have requested a refund from Krup Law Group, only to be given the runaround. I have contacted the firm and the billing both via email and telephone and still have not gotten a satisfactory answer to my questions about getting my money back. I would advise that one should do some research before signing up with ANY company offering such help in the future.
