The Group law group is the best out there. I have tried many ways to get my loan modified with no success. They are up front with the process from the beginning. I guess the complaints that I am seeing are clients who never bothered to read there retainer. They clearly brake the payments in to 3 parts. And do not charge for anything until the agreed work is finished. I do not understand how anyone would think that a company would put countless hours in and not deserve to be paid for there work. It us the clients that seek the help from the krup law group that have not paid our mortgages, We are the ones that put ourselves in this spot. The Krup law group provides a service that you can try to do your self but you will not get any results due to the lenders finding every loop hole out there so they can continue to collect money from the government. I paid attation to every detail of what they were doing, I checked the online site that they provided to me and see how many hours were spent on my case. I also know that they can not get a loan modification for someone who is not willing to provide the documents that were needed to send to the lenders. That is stated to all of the clients in the retainer and also in the intake call that is provided. Every detail was discussed in that call that for me was over 1 hour long, just to make sure I understood the entire process and what methods they would be pursuing to get the modification. To me they are an A+ company that has saved my home and worked very hard at doing so
What i do not understand is why the BBB only allows you to complain about a company and not to give them a good rating for there services. the only thing i can do is put a posting on this site that is linked to the BBB. So how could a company have a good rating if the only thing the BBB allows is complaints. Really a hand full of complaints on a company that has i am sure saved thousands of homes give them a F rating ... thats not Right at all !!!!
