My wife and I would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff at K & M Law for securing a Loan Modification through Bank of America. We tried on our own to secure the Loan Modification with Bank of America, and were denied. We contacted Lorena at
K & M Law and explained our situation with Bank of America and asked if they could help. She assured us if we qualified for the Modification, K & M Law would do everything they could to help us. Lorena was correct. K & M Law worked diligently, and we were
approved for the Loan Modification. Our monthly payment was reduced from $2360 a month to $1887 a month. The 3.375 variable rate loan was converted to a 30 year fixed rate loan at 3.375. We are so grateful for the help we received from the staff; Lorena, Frank,
