California School of Culinary Arts, Pasadena is a complete joke. I went to that "school" for a year and a half in their Management program and all I got out of it was debt. Most of their teachers don't know what they're doing. We were supposed to learn Quickbooks in Accounting but the teacher didn't know anything about Quickbooks. The school is a joke. I wish I'd put the money towards a real education.
