Bad service. Not as advertised. No amenities as advertised. Bus breaks down. No other bus sent to pick up passengers. Passengers on their own to get to Las Vegas. No air conditioning. No communication with company. Messages left and no phone calls returned. On a scale of one to ten Lux Bus Travel Group receives a big one. Please do not confuse this company with Lux Bus America. Lux Bus America is a ten all the way.
