Dear BBB Readers
This is one of the company you should never go far. Seriously Misleading Ads. They still claim to be part of BBB ratings.... Unfortunate for me i didnt check the information.
You would rather consider dumping all ur stuffs into an ocean instead of moving through them
The problems that i faced.
1. The give a quote for less value and end up charging you more than twice their quote.
2. They wont unload the stuffs untill u pay everything by cash. Though they say we accept checks.
3. The guys unloading will not fix ur things properly
4. They will never ever answer your call after u have chosen to move. U cannot absolutely find out where your goods are after u choose their service
5. i have tried their number for months together not answered. Once they find u r calling from a specific answer they will never pick the second call from that number. I had to call from 20 different phones to get an answer.
6. they dont give proper receipt.
7. seriously i have left 100's of voice mail to the customer care service where no one will respond back.
I dont want to use bad language on this public forum, but these guys are the worst i have ever seen, wonder how they do their thier business.
I wish i sue these ...... for their way of carrying business. Never go for thier Service. I experience worst night mare going with these guys.
i wanted to give negative rating not even one star for these guys. they are not worth that as well
