Although Maaco did a nice job on the auto painting and body work, my speciality sport mud guards which were molded plastic and silver to match my car disappeared while being repaired. At first, the company acknowledged that they were lost and tried to locate them on the premises. After not being able to find them, they called the wrecking yards for replacements. After calling 9 months with no results, I dropped by and the manager told me that there never were any mud guards that were lost. I would have preferred to be told that they would not replace them rather than be lied to.
