Fast Service, Slow Intake Process

Took forever to drop off broken IPhone. Owner muttered about some "appliance agency" presumably connected with the government or Big Brother as to why he needed so much personal information before replacing my screen. You mean you can't fix the screen without knowing my email address and where I live?
That said, fixed the screen promptly, completely, at a reasonable price and on a Sunday. So, aside from the 20 minutes I'll never get back, a big success.
