I’ve had a recent transaction on attempted purchase of used car 2008 Prius 53,941 miles. I was hopeful to conclude this transaction. However the following transaction has taken place.
1) I was mislead to believe that the warranty was included.
2) I was mislead to believe that there will be no additional charges to the new transaction except for tax and license fees $1306.00.
Now it appears it is not, I have spent a fruitless eleven hours at your agency attempted to deal with your representative and now being met by angry responses by your staff. Please help me to remedy in this situation as this transaction appears dume to fail.
