This company solicits business by sending an official looking "document" that starts it's relationship with potential customers with a fraudulent statement: "Records indicate that you are currently in default on your mortgage at ...(property address)" This direct mail campaign works because 9% of mortgage holders in the US currently are behind or worse on their mortgage payments. The reality is that they have no idea whether the person they are sending this "document" to even has a mortgage. If you want to deal with a company that starts it's relation with you with a dishonest statement, give them a call.
