Review 3/21/2011

Please, Mass Litigation Alliance incorporated on 2/14/11 as per the California Secretary of State. The BBB shows MLA as not rated, and does not show the correct date of incorporation.
Before Mass Litigation Alliance was formed, Kramer & Kaslow used affiliate marketers and paid big commissions (or fee splits) with non-attorneys that promised desperate homeowners the moon to get them to part with their money.
Research into Kramer & Kaslow revealed a large number of non-attorneys and scammers from the modification industry selling mass joinders, specifically, Mitchell Stein's Ronald vs. Bank of America case. I've found a number of affiliate agreements and commission schedules that show non attorney affiliates were promised big commissions (almost half of the retainer fee in some cases).
A transcript on the Ronald vs. B of A case hearing on 2/3/11, shows Mr. Stein told the Judge that he was no longer affiliated with Mr. Kramer and that Mr. Kramer was not authorized to represent Mr. Stein. The discussion of Mr. Stein's affiliation with Kramer was due to issues of inappropriate advertising (mainly fliers) that were brought to the court's attention by opposing counsel. Around the same time of the hearing, the advertising began leaking to bloggers and advocates began exposing the advertising, affiliate programs, and multiple websites that were marketing the lawsuits.
Then in February 2011, Mass Litigation Alliance suddenly sprang up, and Cease and Desist letters were posted on the Kramer & Kaslow website along with a list of banned, unauthorized websites. Fast forward a few weeks, and low and behold, a new crop of Mass Litigation Alliance affiliate websites pop up- many of which are for the same "unauthorized" affiliates that had Kramer & Kaslow websites. Even now, Mitchell Stein has warnings on both his websites against Mass Litigation Alliance.
The Trustlink testimonials are quite new. Hence, every homeowner should carefully consider the validity given that the company was only formed in February 2011, and the results claimed on this site are not in concert with the relatively short period of time Mass Litigation Alliance has been in business and/or when the cases were filed.
Since website rankings and SEO can suppress negative information, I encourage consumers to look up discussions on Kramer & Kaslow, Mass Litigation Alliance, and Mitchell J. Stein & Associates on ML-Implode, Loansafe, and http://Getoutofdebt.org (Steve Rhode has a fantastic collection of documentation to peruse). Please also take heed of the California Department of Real Estate Warning.
