Mega moving and storage is a horrible company. It is almost a joke as to how horrible they have been to my husband and I. They are now demanding MORE THAN TWICE the original amount quoted to us and will not provide any information as to how they came up with this amount. I have had to call time and time again and Samuel keeps putting me on hold for up to 15 minutes at a time. He keeps saying "talk to the driver" when we ask how they came up with such an obsurd amount. I spoke with the driver and even he said he thought they were charging too much. My husband and I are feeling completely helpless and frustrated and only want to be treated fairly. I am upset when I found out that they have been under a different name and have a BBB rating of "F" under their other name. I wish I would have known that a week ago. This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with.
