In all the industry of people who do credit card processing this company appears to be the bad guy, the one that rip you off. They don’t have integrity or a clean business. Some things are hidden, they are not transparent on what they charge, their statements
are difficult to understand and have errors. When I communicate with customer service I can’t rely on what they are saying. Over the last two months I have experienced their lack of knowledge, they don’t provide all the information I need before I get off
the phone so I have to be calling back. I don’t recommend this company to do business with.
