This business is a scam and is problematic. We are from NC and we literally sent money to them in hopes that when they said that they could get our morgage down about three fifty to five hundred dollars a month off of morgage and then they got thirty off. They will not return calls once you give them your money. All of these reviews are not all true as we learned that as we were forced to contact the Florida Attorney General and other area's that they told us to file with. We were solicited about this reverese morgage and believed MAX. When we called and talked to a man named MARK who was rude, he said that he did not know when MICHAEL THE HEAD would be back. They caught us when my wife was sick and out of work and took us for a ride and you can believe this review. Check with the Attorney General and you will find that this company is not who they say they are or just call their office and they will answer to Porter Group. Go Figure...For all of you who claim in these reviews that they helped you, then we are soooooo happy for you, but we weren't so lucky. They say that they go over everything to assure you that they can take your case and then when the deal goes sour they don't contact you. Chase Bank told us that they did not do anything but file paperwork , that we could have done that. Believe this review over any other because we have filed complaints with the State of Florida and we are THE BROOKS
