Got a crown and fillings done with this practice. They took off my temporary crown and left me in the chair for almost 2 hours with the drilled tooth exposed before putting on my permanent crown. No one even came in the meantime to check on me or to tell me what was going on. As a result, I went to another dentist when the crown and filling started hurting. It turns out, Mission Oaks Dental left the margins open. Also, Mission Oaks Dental left decay underneath the crown, which ended up causing a severe amount of pain later.
They also tried to bill me more than the maximum amount allowable by their agreement with my insurance until I threatened to have my insurance company audit them.
