Took advantage of an 89 year old woman

This company is ran apparently by people who do not care about good service. The people they send speak Russian, not English their explanation of the contract is poor and they omit fees where they hit you later. They almost dumped my mother's furniture
and 20 boxes outside of the storage place in New Jersey when delivered because they wanted 250.00 extra to walk into a first floor storage because they had to walk too far. Then they had us move to an outside storage or pay 250.00 extra. When they picked up
the furniture in Florida, they where in a hurry to leave, but not enough in a hurry to ask for a tip. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau, they have not done a thing. My next move is Consumer Affairs. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE< THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!!!!
