Deceptive advertising. Signed up and immediately drove to a prospective listed property. This home was advertised as a rent to buy. The homeowner was still occupying the property, actually installing kitchen cabinets that day. He was unaware of the property being offered. The advertising appeared on craigslist. I contacted customer service to ask for a refund of my $160.00 fee as I felt deceived. They gave me a confirmation number and I will see if I get credited my money. I DO NOT recommend this service. They apparently advertise ANY property that has been served a foreclosure notice and are not in contact with the homeowner.
