I have been looking for a reasonably priced, reliable Plumber for years. NIR is my new plumber. My husband and I just moved too a new home three weeks ago. This past Saturday the line between the main and the house sprung a leak, big time. We had to shut the water off at the curb. We called the company who held the homeowner's policy and this repair was not covered but we thought we might be able to make a contact for a plumber. Waste of my time! But I contacted NIR who advertised through our church bulletin. Nick was out within the hour, accessed the problem, gave me best and worst case scenerio and had his crew out within the next hour to get the job done. The work involved cutting into a concrete porch slab. Mike and his helper, made a minimal cut, found the leak, repaired it with out cutting further into the porch. I was amazed. Then they went further still. They cleaned up after themselves. Mike was extremely thorough, very professional and I will not hesitate to call them in the future.
