I am a first time car buyer and this financial company has been horrible..They are always calling me and bugging me to faxing over my bank receipt and when I do fax it they call me 10 more times to say that they lost my fax or they misplaced it..Come on...Omar has been the worse person to even talk to he is so mean and don't care about what u got to say..All he says if we don't get Ur payment then I'm going to go get Ur car..Just recently they repo my car due to a non payment, funny thing is that I did pay it but they lost my fax and they took my car..It took me 3 days to get it back and when they did give it back to me they charged me $295.00 for towing and to find out that they didn't even tow it they had made a key and drove off with it.When they did give it back to me I had to go pick it up at a gas station by some guy and they wouldn't give me that spare key they made..So basically there's a guy wondering around somewhere that has my key..They are the worse financial company..
