NFS Rocks!!

National Family Solutions (NFS) rocks! And thank you to their contacts: from the office staff to case managers, mediation prep people and local lawyers they assign to my case for their personal interest and care provided. My case is not over, and will never be over really as a family grows and changes, but I thank NFS for their support and understanding. Talking to a mediation specialist yesterday, they advised me that if I am working towards a solution, it is best to stay that course. I am very hopeful it works out and I am 100% fine with continued without a date on my hearing in the hopes Mediation resolves differences between parties (mom and dad)
I am super glad I contacted NFS for assistance early on, who understands these issues and they involve the best solutions for families. Sometimes, lawyers and family law specialists want to engage you for the long haul, tear the other side apart so as to lengthen their need to be on the case and deteriorate family situations to 'win'. Nobody wins in these cases, but NFS gets it's a process of how to get the best possible outcome for the party they represent. Get this mentality and they can help you tremendously. I am sure they can help serious more escalated cases as well.
