National Improvement Center and all of their employees are crooked. I learned about them on a TV commercial a year ago and after they made all kinds of very believable promises we paid them $3,000.00 in advance for their services. They required tons of paper work from us over and over even though the commercial stated that they "handle all the paper work". They said they were available 24/7 but we couldn't even get them to return our calls Mon-Fri 8-5. They convinced us that our mortgage company and everyone we spoke to from there was bluffing and that "it was all part of the process". The house was foreclosed on and was up for sale by the bank and they were still telling us they had it all under control. Tom Meadows, Mike Paquette, and James Baker are just a few of the people that work for NIC. (it's not even allowed to call itself that anymore, but I'm unsure of the new name they came up with). Bottom line, we're still waiting for an imaginary refund that they promised us is coming. ON PAIN OF DEATH DO NOT GIVE THESE GUYS YOUR MONEY!!!!!!
We're honest, hard working people and it hurts to be used by these criminals.
