We contacted Nationwide Financial two months before our foreclosure date, after waiting ten months and being rejected for a loan modification with our lender. The man we spoke to GAURANTEED us that he would save our home from foreclosure, although we did not get it in writing. We paid them $800 and they didn't send the package they prepared to our lender until four days before the foreclosure date. The day before the foreclosure at 4:00 in the afternoon our lender called and rejected the loan modification. Since it was too late to do anything we lost our home. NOT RECOMMENDED we got ripped off.
